Dino Sangiovese Di Romagna Superiore 2006

This sangiovese comes from the region of Emilia-Romagna in northwest Italy. It's a fairly easy-going wine, like a dumbed-down Chianti. It has a bit of that fruity tariness going on, and was good with our spaghetti bolognese. Decent, but not spectacular.

I bought it at the regular price of £8.31 at Tesco (admittedly a panic buy - sudden dinner guests), but I don't think it's worth that. Funnily enough, I noticed that it's now going for half price, or 2 for £8 in the shop, which I think is a pretty good deal. Might have to get a couple of bottles...
