Piccini Chianti 2008

Ah yes, Piccini. Where would the supermarkets (or I) be without them? I think this is the 4th different type (or cuvee, or brand, or whatever) of Piccini Chianti that I've seen, and the 3rd that I've tried, all from either Tesco or Sainsbury's.

This one isn't as nice as the previous two that I've tried, but it's OK. Nothing to get excited about really. It complements food nicely, and it's vile on its own. Perfect.

At £5.99, you really can't complain about the price too much either, but you can usually get the (better) aforementioned ones for around that on offer. Fine if you're in a pinch.
